Our Services
Our service provides the opportunity to get at maximum 19%*) of value added tax ("VAT") you paid in Germany refunded after filing of a corresponding application.
We help you reliably with our long-term proven experience and are the contract partners of several major German trade fair authorities. We take care of you in a personalized individual manner with the prime objective to recover the maximum refund amounts.
Processing the funds trough our attorney escrow account provides a higher level of security as concerns the refund proceedings and the payment modalities of the refund amount. Fees are only payable after the respective refund amounts have been credited on our attorney escrow account.

Value Added Tax is e.g. refunded for:
Stand cost like rental, construction and building cost
Company-related hotel, restaurant and entertainment cost, etc.
Payments in conjunction with customers you visited in Germany
What is needed (some basic roles)?
All invoices exceeding the amount of 150 EUR must show your company name and address (and not your individual name or the name of an employee).
The VAT percentage (AND the VAT amount on all invoices exceeding 150 EUR) must be listed separately on the respective invoice.
Only originals and no copies of the invoices are accepted by the German tax authorities. Such originals are returned to you after completion of the refund proceedings.
The filing deadline for the refund application for any payments made in conjunction with trade fairs and events within a certain calendar year expires by the end of June of the subsequent year. We do however need the relevant documents by the end of May of the subsequent year at the very latest in order to properly process your VAT refund application.
In addition to the original invoices a taxpayer certificate and a power of authorization is required (samples and downloads are available for registered users)
Service fees: 15% of the amount refunded or a 99 EUR minimum handling fee, due and payable only after crediting of the respective refund amount on the attorney escrow account.
