VAT Refund Application Deadline
In your company’s best interest we kindly remind you that the deadline to file the VAT refund application for German trade fairs you attended in 2010 will expire in September 30, 2010 for EU Member states !
To allow us to carefully check all documentation and receipts prior to forwarding them to the German Fiscal Authorities and to be able to make corrections where required, we need to receive the complete application, original receipts and accompanying documents and forms from you in August 2010 at the latest.
